As I woke up from surgery #2 on my knee to loosen up the brace on my MCL and remove a piece of scar tissue that grew in my knee joint and prevented my from straightening it… I have a lightly used Achilles’ tendon in there as my ACL.

When I was waiting for the surgery on my broken femur....my room-mate had a broken ankle with the bone protruding out of the skin.
He was in terrible pain...I'll never forget how bad he was hurting. |
• Ulna and Radius broken in the same accident, each has a Ti plate and screws
• Elbow held together with surgical wire • 1 new hip. (Trying hard to fend off number 2 with stretching and strengthening.) • Matching left and right hernias • Bones broken: Tibia, Metacarpal, Patella Currently 'resting up' from a little getoff a week ago, nursing my wrist and shoulder. Nothing broken, but still sore. |
Damn, we need to get you guys hooked up...

^^^ Herr
Geez..you know your way around the hospital I bet. When I had my femur fixed (at age 64) it was the first time I had been in a hospital since I was 7 for tonsils. A nice place to avoid! |
I'm switching back to the less than perfect women.

Women like guys with scars...or so I've heard.:D
