Sad outcome for a very bad driver in a fast car making really poor decisions.

Angeles Crest is a really bad place to run out of talent in a car. It's a very high speed road until it isn't.

Looks like he went to the Breakfast Club up at Newcombe’s…sad but I really feel for the person who decided to ride up there in the passenger seat. I will never ride in the right seat with anyone in the canyons again. There is simply no upside to it.

Angel's Crest...I've read about it many times. So, another story. Frankly, glad I don't have to drive it when just going somewhere. Thinking of innocents getting unwillingly caught up in the craziness...

Kinda funny how your thinking changes as you age. Being old, I don't have any urge to prove anything.

Not a lot of side roads/intersections then. That's good.

Yes. He was a guy on PCLUB here in LA. Apparently a fairly seasoned driver. He went with his son to the Good Vibes Breakfast Club. Just rolled it into a ditch, said a following driver.

Never go on Angles Crest on a Saturday.

(Unless your coming from the east thru Wrightwood and you don't go past Newcombs Ranch)

His social media account video shows a red GT3 being driven pretty hard. So, his son was the second fatality? If so, that's awful.

It could’ve been one of a million reasons why he went off road, good or bad. RIP.

I rode it today. I'll ride it again next week. If I stopped riding or driving where people made mistakes, crashed and died, I wouldn't leave the garage. Taking ACH used to be part of my weekly commute. Was wondering how long before this was posted. RIP

Sad. Glad I prefer old slow cars. All the fun happens at 45mph in my old 911. Not that you can’t crash at lower speed but I never feel the need to really push my car in order to have fun….I’m assuming he was pushing it but I don’t know
