They say we have 4 seasons here…December, January, February and summer. That shot from VT is awesome with the reflection in the lake!

That's the one that is often mistaken for Lake Placid.

Meanwhile, back in Gulf Coast Texas, things are still varying shades of green.

Today was an amazing day for a hike in the White Mountains in NH. Phenomenal day, can't believe I made it up the mountain and then up two peaks before coming down. Completely exhilarating and exhaustifying. What an amazing day! Just a few of a million pics. Scrabbling up and down solid rock the size of a cubic football field was really something else.

^^^ Nice pics!
Is that Mt. Washington?

Shaun @ Tru6 11-06-2022 02:31 PM

Thanks, taking pics really slows you down, which in the end is a good thing, makes you appreciate everything the mountain has to offer. Life is way too fast these days.

It's the Welch-Dickey Loop Trail

God it was just amazing!

Think I'm finally finished on my own lawn.... Down & done just a few minutes ago.... and it's gonna hit 80 today :(. Just getting started on my parents' big azz yard... most still on the trees there and also my rural property.

Oh well ....

Taken at Cashiers NC last weekend:

The last two days...up to 45 mph winds here. The leaves are mostly gone.

Tomorrow, one more pass over the lawn with the Trac-Vac and it's done for this year.
