Which adblocker is the best?

Getting way too many ads lately. Some of them cover up text and are hard to delete.
I used Adblocker before...but don't want to install it if there is something better.

^^^ Thanks. When I used Adblocker before...Ultimate wasn't available then.
I'll check it out.

uBlock Origin (I use Firefox). Assume it's available for other browsers.

Yes, that's the one that I'm using.

I'm also using pi-hole in docker on my NAS so that all of our devices are covered when on the home network.

That's the stuff with the TV ads, right? I just don't see myself ever using something like that. It may be good, but I feel like that sort of thing is the IT version of Ronco/Popiel or maybe Shamwow and Slapchop.

Besides, that's a lot of expensive commercials. the money for those has to come from somewhere. That's money that wasn't spent on developers.

Hah! After putting Adblock Ultimate on my Dell laptop yesterday, I went to use my small Lenovo Chromebook and it's on there also.
Sure is nice when the 'Cloud' handles all the details.

Ad blockers are great. I've been using them for so long that I had no idea Youtube shows commercials before playing a video.
