I have had both and prefer YouTube TV because of its interface and cost/value. I’ve since disconnected all streaming services and now just use the fire stick and regular YouTube for free. I can catch some news shows and free movies on YT. That’s good enough for me and the price is right.

Had Sling for awhile, switched to YouTube TV when we moved across the country about six months ago.
I'm not really certain that one is all that much better than the other but I do prefer the YTTV interface over that of Sling. _
