I’d smooth it up with a sander and wouldn’t think twice about using it.

yes - smooth up and use it. You could put it on a front wheel? and spin it to see if it is bent for some other reason. That nick would not cause it to be bent.

I would tend to agree with you guys. Smooth it out and use it.
Guess I'll have to think about doing that and maybe send it or take it back to my daughter. I've wanted to go back east to see all the museums and such back there. |
