I believe it means shes certified to deal with Trust Funds that are held by banks...she is third generation Banking..the table talk when she was a kid wasn't about sports but about money. When she looks at a company she always looks to which bank is giving them their line of credit. I have been trying to learn as much from her for the past few years as I can.
