Spa Francorchamps
thinking of attending the Spa F1 race. If there is someone on the board that has attended, would like to converse with you. Seems I can get tickets, but the hotel package are sold out. Looks like Brussels is a bit of hike, Liege is closer. Looking to see if anyone has a line on transportation to and from the track, Fri-Sun.
It seems there is a house for rent for around US$1900 per night that sleeps 6. Has 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. If someone is interested in sharing that, assuming it remains available, let me know. Thank you in advance for any replies

Have found a Vrbo that says it’s walking distance to the Spa track. 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. For thurs checking out Monday. About US$10500. Split 3 ways say US$3750 each. Anyone interested?

Brussels is a hike. Raceday parking is a horror.
It'd be almost worth the $$ to not have to drive. Only issue might be that you'll do a ton of hilly walking at the track, so I'd find out how far "walking distance" is really, as you might be toasted after Saturday.

I attended when I was living in Belgium 25 years ago (Brussels). We drove there the day of the race (Sunday), and parked off grounds a bit. They had a nice bus service, though, so OK. Our issue was the weather, which can be unpredictable in the fall...it actually was snowing some, along with rain, so cold. The track area was not too developed for spectators like other tracks; lots of hilly, muddy trails. Suffice it to say my wife was not thrilled. Track views are pretty good, however. As mentioned by Greg above, try to get a better feel for the whole package before you go, and be sure you are committed to a long day...

Thank you all for the comments. I’m a fairly seasoned race fan having marshaled for F1 in Miami, Vegas and Baku as well as working a lot of Laguna Seca races. Looking for that immersive fan experience that I see from the outside. Would love to find 2 individuals to share the VRBO. Looks good.
Guess I’ll see what F1 experience can dig up

Wish we could join you. Spa is on my bucket list but we've already made our summer vacation plans.
