That’s an ST body its flares fitted 10” wide rims and Fuchs only came in 7” at the time (not 100% on this one) back in 1971 and 72 when they built the ST for racing. I don’t know if there is a definite amount of cars they made in ST form but I’ve read between 11 and 31.

LOL. Built that blue car as an ST "touring". a car that never actually existed, but the regular ST and its mismatched wheels certainly did. see examples below. ;) FYI, finding wide Minilites is not easy.
