Looks good, but dump the wine and go for a beer. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

I have never once in my life taken a sip of wine and thought, yum, this is good. Usually it is take a sip and pretend it is good to be polite, and never finish it. Beer, well I have only had one or two really bad beers and it was likely because it was stored in hot conditions.

The stew or chili looks yummy!

Toss in a burning wood stove with your butt backed up near it as you eat the Chili.

Pasta, with sauce, is the best comfort food on cold winter days.
But it does call for a cold stout beer.

What all do you put in your spaghetti sauce?
I made some the other night, nothing special, just stuff from cans, one whole yellow onion, sans the mushrooms, but it turned out rather bland. I'm not a big spice eater. So the next night I added some brown sugar and red pepper spice to it while reheating it. Made a world of difference too.

I made a post about about growing tomatoes, freezing them, jambalaya, using fresh poblanos, etc.

It all got erased.
-By Microsoft. Which killed my OS keypad
-Or Pelican. Which previously banned me for wanting to know more about history.

I start with good roma tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, few meat balls. Lots of Basil, oregano, and 1 bay leaf. it's never the same twice. Always an adventure.

Cup of rice, pound of ground beef, cream of tomato soup, peas and some celery for crunch. All together in a cast iron skillet. Maybe cheese of top if you’re feeling extravagant.
