Well ,she could have saved the top of that pineapple and grown a whole new plant with it - so doesn't really seem very smart to me.....:p

To each their own.

All I know is most medical folks on the record are pro-vax....but many of them off record have told me they haven't - nor intend to get any.

I was a little surprised by how many have shared this with me.....so take it for what it's worth.....

I would have my best friend from childhood and college roommate go to PARF and debate you guys..... but he can't. He was a health nut, father of 4, grandfather, living his dream at 61...

Robbie died 16 months ago :(....

stevej37 02-02-2023 03:57 AM

We have had less deaths than normal from Covid in our neighborhood. Although it does seem that about every one had underlying health problems, esp the younger ones that passed.

The two Covid shots and two Boosters that I've had prior, all resulted in a full day of terrible migraine headaches.
This am, before I got up, I felt the beginnings of one along the rear base of my skull.
I immediately drank most of two cups of coffee. I really do think that helps.

KFC911 02-02-2023 04:19 AM

No one I know had any post side effects from the vaxes .... seems to be as random as Covid itself was. Robbie had zero underlying health issues .... it didn't have to end that way either :(.

stevej37 02-02-2023 04:25 AM

Yeah...61 is awful young for that to happen.

When I was 20...I didn't realize it then.

You might have a future as a comedian.

Man, I’m tired of this subject. You do what’s right for you.

stevej37 02-03-2023 07:50 AM

^^^ Well...when you see the word Vax in the title of the thread.....

Some geeks will remember :D

stevej37 02-03-2023 08:15 AM

^^^ My sore arm tells me differently.:)
I did get by with hardly any headaches though.

I got an A in a PDP-11 assembly programming class back in college!

island911 02-03-2023 10:35 AM

These covid jabs are still "emergency use authorization" right?

What is the emergency?

stevej37 02-03-2023 10:48 AM

^^^ Same as a flu, shingles, or pneumonia shot.

On punch cards :(!

The CRTs appeared in my 3rd year....

T-Rex

stevej37 02-03-2023 12:20 PM

^^^ I used punch cards also in my first year of college...1972
The computer occupied the whole 2nd floor.
(can't remember the type/number of the computer)

KFC911 02-03-2023 02:49 PM

stevej37 02-03-2023 02:55 PM

And I (or I mean my parents) paid all that tuition for an Abacus?.:)
