Truck driver is an idiot not to see the hazard and slow down. Most truckers will move to left lane when there is a disabled vehicle on the shoulder.

Semi driver had nowhere to go with the pickup coming by on the left. Having said that we have no information on whether the truck from which this was recorded was heavy, light or even bob--tailing. Changing lanes with an overall length of 80' ( or more) isn't something one can pull off at a moment's notice.
I don't think the driver of the car meant to brake check the truck. I suspect they were unaware of what was behind them. Lack of situational awareness can get you killed on the road. Any road.

Truckers usually know way ahead of time when there’s a hazard via CB radio. Granted the blue car driver caused it by slowing down so dangerously slow. Once had a lady come to a complete stop on I95 in front of me with nobody in front of her (in the dark!). She stopped to look at a crash/fire in the woods on the other side of the highway. What the heck are people thinking???

Blue car couldn't move over into the left because of a much faster car passing him.
I think blue tapped his brakes to warn the semi of the speed difference.

Semi driver should be ticketed.
