The concept is rediculous. Original photo sent to people 'designers' in various countries. They photoshop the original and submit back. Rediculous. This is really a global sample of random entries of various skill levels of photoshop. Some are pitiful.

The company asked 18 designers from 18 countries spanning five continents to photoshop an image of a woman to fit their perception of the culture's beauty standards. Below is the original image before the designers photoshopped it:
