I don't eat at the FF chains anymore unless out of desperation. Then it's Arbys Wendys and SteakNShake around here.
Even the sandwiches and day-old pizza at gas stations is more appealing. Many supermarkets have a deli section if you have the time to buzz through. If I'm gonna spend a ton of money it's going to be at a family restaurant.

I very rarely eat KFC....but if I do, it's always their Chicken Pot Pie.
Many years ago, they had a bbq crust option that was good.
