I always do return the buggy to the corral. In my limited observations, the folks that don't are the usual suspects, driving nice big cars and parking in the handicapped spaces, while they seem perfectly fit. The entitled folks.

Probably more like $250. In my town there's a Target near the river where a bunch of homeless encampments are. I counted 52 red Target carts down there one day. I've also spotted a maxivan running around town lately with the big red target on it and it says "shopping cart recovery vehicle" on the side. Crazy

The first and only ding on my '20 Taco is from a runaway cart.

It's no wonder they are watched after.

Is that a Nissan Leaf that she is driving....would expect better from her.

That one went from a reasonably attractive, normal human to a raging lunatic very quickly. I need to keep that video and replay it often if ever single again...just to remind me that things are not always as they seem with women. The funny car was probably a giveaway...if not the failure to return the cart (that alone would have made me keep far away from her). Even folks with canes/walkers return their carts here.

Years ago in Britain you had to put a 1 pound coin in the shopping cart for it to release it from the rack. The fact that I earned about 3 pounds an hour it made good scense to return them. In fact I was such a good boy I even return other peoples carts
