Doubt if this is a coincidence.
This morning I was listening to a podcast on my iPhone wherein the main subject is Sandra Locke. Lots of talk about Clint, just because they were such an item back in the day.
Checking emails and YouTube just now, I see that here we have a video about Clint Eastwood, discussing his Dirty Harry character. I've never had a Clint Eastwood video show up in my YouTube feed, or if I had, it's a 'movie shorts' kind of thing, not a sit down interview with him discussing some aspect of his life. You darn kids need to get offa my lawn. >shakes fist< |

One device at your location receives content. If another device at that location becomes active, is it surprising it is offered related content?

I've always kept both cameras covered and only allow access to the microphone to a couple of things ... my phone being one :). I'm not paranoid ... but I ain't in de Nile either :(. |

Repeat as necessary. Not all applications will ask for access to your microphone or your camera, or whatever. Some do, some don’t. |
By default, I don't allow doodly .... then enable for the 2 or 3 things that need access... but I'm on a 'droid.

Google scares me. I had a Google drive for a while, then cancelled it. But the photos on the Google drive app on my local drive were still there and still counted as part of my total storage. (I only know that because they stopped letting me use gmail because my "storage was full."
Fine, said I. I moved the entire Google drive folder off my hard drive into the trash and deleted the trash. My total storage amount didn't change and I still couldn't use my email. As it turns out, Google still had all my por... - art photos on their server and I had to go through some rigamarole to get them deleted. "You don't want Google drive? Fine. We've got your stuff and you can't get it back. You can't even delete it. Because we are Google." |

“You are the product”
Yep. |

^^^^ Yep .... I use the Duck, and not much else.
The only time I connect to Google servers is when I access PPOT :( ... unless it has changed in recent years. |

^^^ There is virtually no aspect of our modern lives that your info and habits are not shared imo. As as someone posted .... it's not the gov. ..... just bu$ine$$ as usual.
