The frame tab broke off and that's what caused the dimple on the bottom side. The pictures show that where the crease is located also houses that front body mount. But here's an ebay frame.

Just took the truck to a frame shop and they said the frame aligns within spec (3mm). Body panels align within spec under the hood...

I'll see what the insurance adjuster says.

That is so cool. And, good advice on the alignment!

Find the best alignment place within 150 miles and go there. Make USAA pay for the inspection. I agree w/CP.

Also, you might want to go to a very good P&B shop for an estimate on the cosmetic repairs.
