Thanks everyone. This has really shaken me badly. I have trouble sleeping, because she is still at the front of my thoughts. She was such a beautiful, fun dog. She was so talented. She could even play soccer. It was so cool.
I miss her precense, she was always right there with me. I miss her gently nosing and giving me light kisses in the morning. That was her way of letting me know that she needed to go out. I have to stop for now, my eyes are leaking again

I somehow missed this thread initially but went looking for it when I saw the new one. I'm very sorry for your loss, I've unfortunately been there and it's one of life's low points. I'm having coffee in the morning with one of my oldest friends who is getting ready to say good bye to his 13 y.o. dog, he's as sad as can be.
I hope that the year gets better for you.
