Rainy Lazy Day
..and I ain't complaining!!! I took yesterday and today off from work. It has been raining here in Opelika, Alabama and I'm kinda liking it. I replaced a broken door window at the lake yesterday so I did do something during a break in the thunderstorms. Today I've done nothing but watch car videos with Little Dude, play Real Racing 3 on my phone, and glued a broken toy back together. I think I will take a nap!!!

I took next week off. I'll be under the house installing insulation.

It never rained here today...but sure looked like it was going to.
The temp was pushing upper 50's so I left for a bike ride in shorts and t-shirt. About 15 miles in, the wind picked up and the temp went down. By the time I got back my arms were numb with cold. Strange weather...they say we have a low pressure system sitting directly over us for two days.

I think next week is gonna be my lazy week, too. Already off Monday for the federal holiday, and taking Friday to go kayaking down a river with some friends. Thinking about taking Thursday, too, just for the heck of it, leaving me with a 2-day work week.

I will work next week and then will be off for two weeks for our summer shutdown. We are headed to Ft Morgan, Alabama for the first week so I'm looking forward to a little beach time, I need some sand and salt air!!!
