How about a 6-stroke that needs no radiator (it's also a steam engine) https://www.autoweek.com/news/a2063201/inside-bruce-crowers-six-stroke-engine/ Preliminary estimates suggest a Crower cycle engine will use roughly as many gallons of water as fuel.
