A few years back two guys broke down the door of a pregnant mother of two home alone here in Oklahoma. She killed one of the bad guys on the spot, and the other died a few yards outside on her lawn. The cops said good job, she was not prosecuted at all, and the crime scene cleanup crew cleaned up the blood and she went back to living her life.

Funny and well done, except it’s a little disingenuous to show magical guns that cleanly and silently knock bad guys out without ever being fired.
