Did they not put a sealer on the outside?

You don’t want very wet concrete, as that will weaken the psi mixture. After the footer is raised, talk to a concrete company or somebody that pumps concrete with a 2 inch line about what specific grout mix to use.

Yes, its sealed, drain tiled and a dimpled membrane.


Yes they pumped it in with a 2" hose.
