^^^ I would be looking at it for my 84 Carrera...I wonder if the hp gains would be the same? Really like the sound of the thing.

What I think is really stupid is when you see guys hitting the rev limiter while parked, to get the snap crackle pop. I just don’t understand that. Kids…
Right, I frequently stumble across videos where someone in a hot car will floor the gas and hold the revs on the rev limited. This is a super mild version. Often, they'll hold them there for 10-15 seconds.

Not a BLEM SALE! It is one of his finest most impeccably manufactured pieces. It even came with a certificate of authenticity.

Did you send it back or fix it yourself?

I didn’t send it back, I should have just take dimensions and made one myself. With good welds. Two ways to go, I’ll fix this one, but the sugaring on the back side may be difficult, but not impossible. Or I’ll Cerakoat the thing black (maybe yellow would be more appropriate) and hope it doesn’t crack and fall off. With respect to fellow drivers behind me, I should tether at several points. I’ll post some pictures.

I was behind a Fart Canned plain jane Honda with a drone at 65-70mph. On a flat straight stretch of freeway, he put his foot into it, and the only thing that happened is a down shift and a very slow almost imperceptible acceleration. How can they stand to drive with a droning exhaust?

I've seen a lot of 'car guys' on YouTube say 'this sounds so great' when they fire up an engine, then they admit a week later that the drone is unbearable, and they had to add a real muffler.

After the latest change of EMS my TR does that - I just call it being noisy AF.
It’s fun for about two seconds, after which it’s plenty irritating. There isn’t room underneath to put decent mufflers on, so the whole thing is louder than I’d like.

Never knew it had a name.

Maybe it should be called a “Rice Krispy’s Tune” SNAP-CRACKLE-POP with a M80 BANG.

Always thought I heard more fan than anything in our all original '84...

The 356 with the dual Weber 44s had a tendency to backfire.... and every so often, I'd see a glowing red chunk of something (rust I'm assuming) fling itself back on the road behind me....

But my 19 year old son is currently doing his Mitsu Lancer ('02 Oz Rally version), finally getting around to fixing the open headers but it ain't much of an improvement. Awful proud, he's done the trans, clutch, suspension and fixed a ton of issues the prior ricers did to it electrical wise and he's got a seat the actually fits him with comfort in the car (he's 6'4" and built like a refrigerator). But damn we can he him coming a mile down the road....

My Carrera has a deleted cat and M&K 1 in 2 out muffler. It sounds good...but the Bisimoto's have a different sound...which I really like.

^^^ When I had my 911SC at the track, I had only megaphones on it. It got pretty loud.

Bisimoto is an Ass-Hat. Takes your money claiming to be an Aerospace Quality Manufacturer. I lived and breathe Technology, Aerospace Manufacturing, and I am a Senior Staff Design Engineer for a major aerospace manufacturer in the US. I am also a Professor at a un-named College. My professional opinion of his product and his welding/manufacturing abilities are low. His chicken crap tracks he calls welds would have laughed my colleagues to the ground. The sugaring of the welds on the backside are dangerous. Quality Inspection would have been shocked to death and needing resuscitation if someone tried to get these welds through inspection. Bisimoto is the “SHIEEET”, literally the “SHIEEET”. If you look through my experiences at him, he is a total ass-hat no talent puck that has a cute little accent and a small bit of charisma on a network that sells sarcasm. Mainlines sarcasm or context.
