Picked up a new vice today...

...OK - it was really an old vice. I'd been off coffee for a while but started drinking it again this morning. I quit drinking it because I found it made me more irritable than necessary at work, but something happened where being irritable became useful again...

What bad habits are you trying to break? Or start?

I was looking at cakes and sweets when I had my Wednesday coffee catchup. It's been nearly three years with no sugary food. Wow, it really got my little heart racing.

I may go back to having deserts at restaurants. Maybe even cake with coffee. Or will I be back on the sugar vice again.

I was stuffing so much sugary food down my throat that I would have a sugar crash and roll off the couch and fall asleep on the floor

A recent discussion had me return to The Habit. Burger was pretty good, but the Tempura Green Beans are the clincher.

I'm in the process of... Quitting Vaping. It's been almost 10 years so enough is enough.

I quit booze years ago.

Good for you! I used vaping to quit smoking maybe 6 or 7 years ago. Quit vaping about 1.5 years ago. I don't ever crave a cigarette but I sometimes do crave a vape hit.

Stay strong!

I thought you meant a bench vice. I picked up one last week its a Yost. Sat outside for probably 40 years so it was locked up solid. I got it all freed up and ready to work.

That's great! There's a separate thread for that:
