Wait, you mean there are going to be expenses to have your own Gruppe? Sounds to me like you might need to implement a membership fee. Wow, that free Gruppe idea lasted an entire day. I believe that Mr9146 called a Gruppe without membership dues "amateurish". How could someone so young have such foresight?

Well here are a couple of pictures of my Gruppe B (b@st@ard) 71. I will have to take some new ones since some small changes have been made since these were taken (Durant mirrors & chrome trim rings).

I don't need no stinkin number....I am the Deuce....a man of wealth and taste...and I alone strike fear into the hearts of the R Gruppe...all I have to do is show up and they cower in their boots by thinking I am up to something....There is only one thing I answer to under heaven and earth and thats allmighty Gawd...

Uhm guys, I live in Huntington Beach, California. I can assure you, there are no chicks that look like that here. That beauty has gotta be a corn-fed midwestern girl if I ever saw one, and I saw too many when I lived in Illinois

Posting wife jokes about a picture like that is just way too easy. You gotta do better than that. The comedy department in Gruppe B seems to already be very well taken care of by #001 and #002. Those guys are killing me.

Now for the rest of you, please lets try and stick to humor that contains some.

race- I think you might be right. You would be hard pressed to find one of those heffers in SoCal let alone on the west coast. If they are here I have yet to see them in the SB area.
And yes, someone please strike that picture from all hard drives!!!

May I suggest we adopt as the official drink of GruppeB a quirky, but quite satisfying wine named "Fat Bastard"? (Quirky but satisfying ... sound like something we all enjoy driving?? ) To top it off, it's from France none the less!! Mon Dieu! Check out the link to their site:

http://www.fatbastard.com/

The creators of those wines have as much fun with them as we do with our GruppeB machines - we're sympatico!

Cheers!

I think that says something about the passion we have for Porsche motor cars and the need to share the hobby with others.

AGAIN THANKS TO WAYNE!

LONG LIVE GRUPPE B!

The "protector" under the black 911S is a COCO entry mat from Menards. It must have a gallon in it by now! Not bad for the price.

Maybe we can pay for the web fees that way! Bulk buy of COCO mats, silkscreen the Grupe B logo, and sell to members for a buck or two over cost. Much more classy than cardboard.

If your bastard doesn't leak you could use it as a welcome mat.

I could use a welcome mat, that's a very cool idea.

Maybe its because I am an AMERICAN that I find racea911's claim to be king so distasteful. Anyone who keeps claiming kingship certainly turns me off. You gotta earn a title in my world and #001 earned his title by being the instigator of all of this foolishness. In summary, #001 was the first to provide a rallying point for all of us who have felt second class amongst this PP group. Royalty doesn't much care for second class now do they? So, long live #001, you have my undying support, meager as it is.
