Just shocking the multiple systems and backups do not allow constant tracking.
gary

I have no knowledge of military stuff, but if we can track it, the enemy possibly could too. So maybe they don’t have a way to track?

afterburn 549 09-18-2023 01:36 PM

You are kidding me!
They have to know EXACTLY where it is and i will guess on its way to Cheena for some reverse engineeering

astrochex 09-18-2023 01:46 PM

^Absolutely, there is no way we don’t know where it is.

dlockhart 09-18-2023 02:18 PM

Caption contest.
This is gold for the military memers.

a little Cessna 150 has an ELT, a commercial jet has many more trackers besides FDR, now tell me, there is no way to track this military fighter??>?
LOL
Simple
Someone sold it to china, .

Paul T 09-18-2023 04:17 PM

looks like they found it….crashed in a field.

cjh 09-18-2023 04:39 PM

For the locals, how far was it found from where the pilot came down?

speeder 09-18-2023 04:45 PM

But…but…I just read that it was sold to China!

Oh, they’ll still continue to believe that and will say the “crash site” is faked. EVERYTHING is a conspiracy these days, it’s so tiring…..

Black968 09-18-2023 04:52 PM

Looks like the Righties are wrong again. Not sure what's up with the F35, seems to be a glitchy disposable POS aircraft, the tax payers want their money back.

Steve Carlton 09-18-2023 04:52 PM

Oops. I already spent the $10,000 deposit Wo Fat sent me.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if China got some info from the crash site before our regime admitted they had found it. Remember when we "accidentally" bombed the Chinese Embassy in Sarajavo after hours, when staff would be at a minimum, around 1999? Their assets had retrieved parts from an F-117 that had been downed and were storing them in the embassy. Since our current regime is totally beholden to China (and anyone else who hates our country), it wouldn't surprise me at all if we let some info get spirited back to China.

Looks like they found a debris field in Williamsburg County, north of Charleston. I’ve never heard of it, so I had to look it up.

Joint Base Charleston told Fox News Digital that the debris field was found in Williamsburg County, South Carolina. Officials did not confirm that the debris was from the missing aircraft.

Wasn’t it the F35 that had the oxygen issues? Wonder if that’s what happened.

Even thinking a Marine would give his aircraft to the Chinese,,,, I don’t know,,,

Steve Carlton 09-18-2023 07:19 PM

Sure- why not?

Pass me the doob, please.
