2011 Cayenne hybrid - feedback please
Found this for sale somewhat local to me . A 2011 Cayenne hybrid with 120k miles . In 2011 were they still using the VR6 engine ? Should be a 3.6 litre correct ? What are the concerns to look at or feel when test driving ? I assume hybrid system is $$$ if repairs are needed ?

After doing some research it doesn't look like the early hybrid is a good fit . Too much complexity vs the reward . I did learn it uses a 3.0 supercharged V6 which I assume comes from VW/Audi . My search for a pepper wagon continues.

Yeah, run forest run. Friends had one for a brief period. Lots of expensive problems cropped up, they bailed on it.

A friend had a Panamera hybrid of a similar vintage. Porsche eventually bought it back from him. Never ending issues with the hybrid system.

I looked up ballpark figures on replacing the hybrid battery . That was enough to tell me heck no .
