Odd road rage in Portland, OR, no one hurt, drugs?
WTF? This guy lost it, and has plead "not guilty" despite a pretty damning dashcam video. (yep, his dash cam is going to bury him.

I think crazy and dickhead sort of cover it.
While we do have our fair share of wingnuts, Portland is a much safer place than many. There are certainly locations that you shouldn't go to, just like anywhere. As well as random nutjobs. |
