What is the Best Looking Car you have owned?
Naturally beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but here are my top two. . .
1983 911 SC Convertible http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699388587.jpg 2022 Mercedes Benz E450 Coupe http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699388692.jpg |

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699392399.jpg Easy answer. I am possible just a tiny big prejudiced. My 1985 911. I bought it in 1995. It makes me smail every time I see it. |

Gotta be my '56 coupe. Flames, spinner hubcaps, fender skirts, dingle balls around the windshield, pink fuzzy dice, coon tail - it had it all back in the day. |
|
To me it's the '79 T/A I bought in '87. It was silver with a red interior.
See, in my teen years Trans Ams represented money, class, and being beautiful. Problem was, I couldn't afford one, so I was stuck with being dull and envious. Then one day, with the turn of that key, everything clicked. I realized I had arrived. I had a good job, a nice house, a husband, and maybe I was pretty. All because I bought the car I always yearned for. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699392583.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699392613.jpg |
356 C coupe in Dolphin Grey (6410) and black interior
The M491 911 we sold to Shaun would be a good second place :) |
Probably Gretchen, my 85 to 73 backdate.
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1411861206.jpg Or my 2015 Cayman S http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699394684.jpg |
|
My old '88 911 targa. Probably #2 is my current '08 Boxster S, and No 3 is my old Mazdaspeed Miata.
|
This one was pretty nice…
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699395018.jpg I like this one too… http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699395152.jpg But this one… it’s a bit ratty but looks good in pictures… http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699395261.jpg And then there’s the race car… http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699395385.jpg |

Yet another Porsche.........
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699401668.jpg It was tough choosing between my 81SC and my 250 GTO. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699401893.jpg My 74 and 78 Trans Ams were really nice looking, especially the 74, but when the P bug hits you it's over for some, including me. The Trans Ams were filler until I could afford the 911. |

The best looking car by far is my current daily. The W140 model Mercedes Benz. Which is also the best "S Klass Mercedes Benz" of all time.
- and I'm not the only person to think this. My 1978 SC is also great but the Mercedes Benz is the better design. |
Probably my 87 930, followed by my 69 TR6; 73 240Z and my 69 Mustang fastback.
|
I've got two Hans and Greta.

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699419492.jpg Sold the white one, still have the red car |
Loved my '74 Manta...
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699434395.jpg But my '99 528i has stolen a big part of my heart also... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699434895.jpg |
