If I had my way...

• Tiered drivers licences. Level 1 to 5; Wanna drive where the big dogs drive? Prove you belong.
•. Big tax on studded snow tires. Use the proceeds to fix the damage to the roads. No extra tax on modern winter tires using polymer and siping technology to grip in snow and ice.
• 2 stroke leafblowers and garden tools banned in neighborhoods.

I'd tear this whole building down...

A government that follows the constitution's separation of powers.

Doesn't Canada have a tiered system? Or is that just: can't drive at night vs. can?

Sorry, too lazy to Google.

I agree with the tiered system, though hard to enforce. Someone could be on the freeway but is not licensed for freeway driving, what are we going to do? Have sensors all over? There goes privacy.

Ontario has a graduating licensing. It wasn't around when I got my license in 1975.

In Rarotonga all the guys wear them every day all year round. I think it's the law.

Proper driving test would help. The one in the US is a joke vs (say) the UK.

If i had my way...
I'd turn lies and hate to love and truth. Health would replace disease. Compassion and kindness would be common.

And every day would be Friday.

Remove all rules and taxes and let the chips fall where they may...

And HUGE WARNING LABELS on musicals. Those damn things are dangerous.

And beets. They need warning labels as well.
