Our production manager found this at work. Has no idea what it is? Maybe some kind of cutting tool?

Looks like a brush but its not, Its steel.

Do you have mills at work? Seems like that could be a tooling fixture — some kind of cradle. I would guess it got separated from other tooling.

It looks sintered, not machined. At least in the picture.

It's a small piece of tooling. Could be half of a die? Or possibly (don't think this is correct) a punch?
