Talladega did have a road course way back when but they didn't maintain it and it's all but gone now. With Barber nearby, that RC will never happen. The whole concept of the Daytona 500 is getting long in the tooth. So I kinda agree with KC. I'd like to see Cup cars on a 1.5 mile dirt track. And I think they ought to open the season at Phoenix rather than end it. 2nd race should be in Mexico or Vegas. But do Mexico. Then maybe TX as they work their way back east. |
