Crippling Hot Sauce - started by a kid with cereberal palsy cool story
This is a cool story.
Kid had a project in HS. He turned it into a business, which is amazing enough on its own as a HS student. He's also got cerebral palsy and a portion of the proceeds go to a CP charity. https://abc45.com/news/nation-world/new-survey-young-mans-story-shows-american-entrepreneurship-is-alive-and-well-shopify-gallup-crippling-hot-sauce-drew-davis-st-louis-cerebral-palsy-inspirational-entrepreneurial-spirit-being-your-own-boss Quote:

To make this truly newsworthy, someone should interview the teacher that gave him the B and told him it was ‘unrealistic’. This is the type of discouraging 5hit that happens in our schools… most high school teachers are not entrepreneurial…

"Those that can't, teach" - or something like this. I believe Fed Ex was an MBA project that was supposedly not a realistic idea as well.
While I enthusiastically embrace educators, they are not risk takers. This kid is. And wow! What a great role model. Funny how hindsight is so clear. All the things I could have done, all the things others can do that I see (and the other people don't believe or have confidence in pulling off). Just yesterday our former babysitter had a going off party to Grad School in Paris. She failed twice in her undergrad studies. Third time is a charm. She gutted it out. I am so completely impressed with her and the fellow featured above who make stuff happen. It brings me a huge smile. |

What a great kid, I wish him much success. The logo gives me Rat Fink vibes.
Gonna get some at https://thecripplingcompany.com/

Love this, inspiring stuff!
His sales slogan is very funny... It's not the hot sauce that put me in the wheel chair, it's the cerebral palsy
