Just got a call today, they are going to be in my neighborhood working for a few other people... how’s my roof? Is it more than five years old? They will inspect it for free.

I told him my roof was beautiful, put it on myself, shingle lines so straight that NASA calibrates the space shuttle instruments off of it... guy hung up. Maybe he’s jealous that my roof is so sweet?

Had a two minute rambling voicemail yesterday ... wanting to buy land ..... sounded furin' . I think he mentioned he was a "cash buyer" at least 6 times....
