Blasphemy 911. Or a Porsche only Playa would love.
Any of you guys remember Playa? Not as in beach in Spanish, but a member from some time ago with, shall we say, an acquired taste in cars.
Well this one would be right up his alley.

Just recently I saw a Fox body Mustang with 24 inch wheels. I honestly broke out laughing out loud. The wheels and tires likely cost way more than the rest of the car is worth. It was right at an highway exit and I was exiting so no photos.

That was probably sorta nice-ish for a minute back in the 80's. Back during the dp flatfender fad.
Probably turned some heads. Now it's just clapped out and needs some love.

Based on the windshield stickers looks like it got parked back in 99' and hasn't moved since.

Could that be an original soft window Targa?
If it is it's worth returning to stock but that depends on what a good "soft window Targa" is worth in the US.
