Very good video.
My nephew's son has pretty severe autism. Unfortunately, this car wash would be too difficult for him. It's a tough situation. |

God bless every person/business that employees the mentally challenged. I say it every chance I get- the autism spectrum is particularly difficult because so many folks who are legitimately on it are judged as jerks or obnoxious when they cannot help it. The more the public is educated about this the more chance some guy or girl is given a little slack for being a bit socially off kilter. So so many people suffer in silence with this.

I wish this place was nearby. I'd be there every week.
Mr. D'Ari asked a question every business owner needs to ask, "Are the employees failing the business, or is the business failing the employees?" It's a tough one to answer. Often in the crucible of running a business you need the employees to step up a run things like a well oiled machine, but you do need to take time to pay attention to who's doing the oiling and think about what they need.
