And yes the Suopra has a "sport" mode, and supposedly it becomes a whole different animal.
The suspension is somehow interactive and adjust atomically on the fly.
The exhaust is also called active or something and gets way louder....
It was said these are hard to get I and out of.
I am not sure who comes up with the crap..must be there were driving a Van of sorts B4?
My back is bad and use a cane, no problems with it at all.

My Boxster has a sport mode, the old Porsche version of active suspension, and sport exhaust. I'm glad that I've got all 3, and I suspect yours is leaps and bounds better due to the 15+ years of new tech involved in all of them, at least for the "sport mode" and the suspension.

I used to drive a miata, and it was lowered a bit. I'm about 6'2". I had a work colleague in the car once that I think was around 5'7" (he once told us that his feet dangled if he used handicapped toilets). And he complained about getting out of the miata which seemed bizarre to me since I towered over him. But, he did drive a big Ford truck so...

I guess we all learn to put up with what we like?
But I am trying hard to be objective.
The car has a few faults at this point.
I think the road noise is a tad high.
It should have hand grips on the inside for us old handicapped folks...LOl
However, it says it has all sorts of new and better-enhanced airbags everywhere.
And
being I am old school I do appreciate some of the instrumentation.
Its not all dots and lines.
i wish the screen was buried in the dash all streamlined fitted.
It is a small one, so its not so bad.

Did you not see this thread?

I've been looking for a Cayman also and I know there are equal/better cost alternatives out there but I just can't break away from the Porsche brand yet..

But as far as the Supes.. I like them. and the performance is great! Enjoy!..

The road noise level might be helped when you buy new tires for it.

I think this thing has genuine leather seats ..Not too shabby of interior, plus all kinds of air and electric adjustments for the seats.

MMARSH 07-03-2024 03:39 PM

That's a really nice looking car.

Thanx!
For some reason, it looks more busy in pics three in real life.

WPOZZZ 07-03-2024 11:04 PM

Since it is a BMW, might I suggest something like this?
