That’s the thing about driving. You can be 100% doing the right thing and some room temp iq weirdo can take you out. That’s even negating road debris…

Close calls should scare everyone. Should remind one that anything can happen at anytime and reflect on what you have now and the future… i vote on buying a volvo or a giant truck…. I like to have physics on my side for these sorta things.

I coached fb with a retired highway patrol officer. He told me of a class 8 truck driver that fell asleep and hit a 3/4 ton ford head on. Enough force to scrape the heads off the block.

The main concern around here is women passing cyclists and going onto the wrong side of the road on blind corners. The reminds me I'll have to buy that Garmin dash camera. That and Maori guys stoned at 8:00 am weaving all over the road.

I checked my dash cam and it was written over. 🤬
