Or you break it up, sell off the profitable stuff, merge, outsource or fold. Either way, the stockholders win.

It is very hard to replace the knowledge lost - time is not your friend and the work environment isn't about staying and growing. It will cost money too, much easier to buy, sell or trade.

Yea it is all aerospace, although in my corner of the world schedule is king.

But I am very happy to not be with Boeing anymore. I can’t imagine what the morale is at the lower levels.
