It really is...just a nice highway driver...like I said in the comments. Might go up as high as 25K, might not. Manual Trans, still yielding the feel of an analog car..o-60 in 5, 1/4 mile around 14, does okay in the twisties, yield 20 mpg cruising the freeway at 80. The negative? Mustang image, I guess.

Three bidders at the end. Good for the seller.

$23,750....Guess I was close. 9,000 miles on the odo. Somebody got a good driver...certainly better than anything new available for that. Hmmm, is there anything new priced that low? I dunno...

What did they sell for new?
Did the owner keep the mikes low hoping to make a huge profit many years later?

I paid $30,075 for my '09, new, licensed, out the door. Back during the introduction, Ford said it would be a limited edition of (I think) 7,000. In '08, people were paying additional dealer markups for them. And yes, some bought thinking such a "limited edition" was bound to be a highly sought after collectable car. Ford made around 800 '09's, basically left over '08 models with a few minor differences. Mine bears strut #6380. Don't think Ford ever sold 7,000. It was a bad couple of sales years for the industry as a whole.

Those were around $30-35K new.
Not really my cup of tea, but at only 9K miles on the odometer, a 4.6L V-8, a manual transmission, and a de-badged limited production run, I can't deny that it is a helluva lot of car for $23K.
