Wife likes them. Hadn’t tasted them until this thread came up. Thought I’d give them a try. A bit underwhelmed but, better than that cheap ass Buckhorn we used to pound at 16.

I’ll stick to my ambers, reds and stouts. I do enjoy quite a few hard ciders if I want something a little lighter.

They are a bit better if you spike them with a shot or 2 of vodka.

I'll try that tonight. Female friend that likes them and she is partial to the Ruby Grapefruit and that would mix pretty good. She did mention the Strawberry was tolerable but does not care for the Black Cherry

I can drink them but I like Miller, Budweiser or Coors light. For a treat I'll get the Two Hearted IPA, Voodoo Ranger or even the ALDI IPA. Thanks to Steve.

My wife switched over because they make her feel less bloated than beer (clean CO2 carbonation instead of fermentation carbonation). She's tried all of the brands, her favorite by FAR is Michelob Ultra seltzer. Far less artificial tasting, more fruit flavor, no Aspartame aftertaste.

Yes, they are almost drinkable once you toss some gin or vodka in there...

You should try Founders line of Bastard Beers.....there's Dirty, Backwoods, and French Toast Bastard. Backwoods Bastard is especially good. (endorsed by Cabby )

It takes some cojones to make an IPA and call it "*something* Bastard"

I drove from Chicago to Dallas to get a burger at the heart attack grill with my son.

Does that count?

And there's a long established, well funded brewery conglomerate that has hung it's hat on the "*something* Bastard" name. To the extent that they spun off an entire company just to not water down the "*something* Bastard" name.

Lol, neither do I. I literally took a road trip to make sure I had plenty for my birthday years before you could get it in Florida.
Yes, I'm a big fan.

Yes sir, modern Graphites, I know and own much better quality, rideable alloys, but I'm not as light as I used to be, definitely not as fast or smooth as I use to be so I chose wheels that absorb some of the abuse and channeling "Andy Patterson"

Much more truth in that comment than you would believe, yes, it was a very rapid trip and I not only bought the beer and booze, but met the distributor in Dallas, whose products were going to be a vendor for among other events. Left Florida Friday morning, beat Katrina and made it back in time for happy hours Sunday afternoon,

I'll drink a Topo Chico hard seltzer (not the margarita ones) but I just can't stomach a White Claw.

At a DE earlier this year I threw a few drinks in the cooler from our fridge for the track. I grabbed some nasty flavored non-alcoholic soda water can out of the cooler Saturday morning. I didn't think much about until someone mentioned it was a little early for a White Claw
