Hoonigan has gone broke!

Private equity strikes again, stripping companies and chasing away talent.

Hoonigan has gone broke!

I couldn’t believe the number of companies under the Hoonigan brand!

American Force, American Racing, Asanti, Black Rhino, DUB, EFX, Fairway Alloys (you know, for golf carts), Foose, Fuel Off-Road, Gorilla, Helo, Kinesis, KMC Wheels, Motegi, Moto Metal, MSA Offroad Wheels, Niche, Performance Replicas, Petrol, Poison Spyder, Pro Comp, Rotiform, Smittybilt, Status, TSW, U.S. Mags, XD Wheels, Headlight Revolution, Morimoto, The Retrofit Source, G2 Axle and Gear, Logiq Air Suspension Solutions, Readylift, Rubicon, Teraflex, Zbroz, in addition to Hoonigan, Throtl, and the aforementioned 4 Wheel Parts digital and retail stores.

They buy you by selling chunks of you off to other entities then saddle you with the debt. It’s quite insidious actually.

I hope this hasn't fuched his widow and kids. Hopefully, they're set. I'm sure they are.

It's a shame. I have to think that it was due to some boneheaded decision made after he died.
