Thinking about a land yacht.:eek:What do you think? The difference between bumper years.

That's a hell of a thing. Not my thing, but looks like an awesome option. I guess I'd prefer the blue one. I do love that GM pale yellow, but I like the blue car because it's got a little more character.

Need more pics of each year. What about the 1963?

The 62 looks better. Those horizontal lights below the fin on the '61 don't look quite right. Turning them vertical for '62 really cleaned up the look.

I'd buy the one that's in the best condition.

1963 is nice, but the 61 and 62 has the lower fins:D

Luxobarges...we'll never see 'em again. Guess I'll join the crowd..I prefer the vertical tail light treatment of the '62.

I could go either way, but I prefer the 1961. I like the angle change in the upper fins and panel between the taillights better. For me, the color combination, condition, options, and price would factor in. Are the front ends and interiors the same?

'61. The styling is just a little crisper down the sides, and the rear edge of the trunk lid offers an interesting shadow line that looks like it was expensive and difficult to achieve so they eliminated it on the 62.

Either way, you'll get attention, if that's what you're hoping for.

Speaking only to the rear end and all other things equall (0ptions, condition, body style), I like the 62.

I agree the 62 rear end is much more attractive, so I change my vote! Its the 62 in the colors of the 61! There thats it!

62 has a cleaner look to it.
