A little late to the game but, we bought a new one in 2001, loved it no issues. Sold the house two years ago and purchased a new not sub zero for new house. Not cheap but not sub zero money. Wife wants another sub zero. Downside is will need to modify cabinet.

Our twenty year old GE Monogram quit working 'well' and we dumped it for a new $ub-Zero.
The Sub-zero is awesome, zero regrets.
