Thanks.

It's not tooooo bad. Just a bit weird. My left hand, particularly the little finger. feels like I've slept on it. Not quite pricking it with a pin and not feeling it. Just a bit odd and I'll have to get used to it. Doc says it the hole where the arm nerves come out is a bit too closed up.

I know what you mean about the hand. My right hand I can constantly feel it being there. And I drop things if I don't concentrate a little.

Congrats, Vash, that's a real achievement.

Even growing up, I wasn't interested in sweets. I mostly eat whatever I want.

I'm nearly 72 and weigh 152

A very good friend of mine craves veggies and healthy food the way I crave sugar and carbs.

That's a vice I could get behind as I get older.

^^^ I admit that I don't like or eat veggies often.
Meat or seafood is my daily diet. I never drink sugar colas.

Congratulation Cliff. 32 pounds is nothing to be snickered at. I'm glad to see your life is going in a healthy direction. I've lost 17 pounds in the past couple of years, but it's from old age.
