We had one of these in the 70s, it was super cool living out on a dirt road in the country. And I got a toy one that moved by you rotating handles sitting in it. My brother pushed me off a cliff to see if it was as tough as our real one. It was but I required a lot of band aids. The 70s were amazing in so many ways.

Most normal people would say "historical". I would say more modern than historical. That gives a clue as to the time range.
