car title mileage issue

Was going to sell a car today and found out that it had a branded title. (nam not actual mileage) The dealership that sold me the car signed a form that stated the mileage at the Tim I bought the car was accurate to to their knowledge. Looked at the recent Carfax report and there's a 3 year period where the mileage hadn't changed and that's the mileage I bought the car with.

Is there any way I can have this fixed? I don't recall being told that there was a mileage discrepancy when I bought the car. The brand tittle reduces the value significantly.

Totally different issue than a branded title, which is a title status change at your state level. Branded titles are typically for salvage accidents, theft, or lemon law. Carfax is a guide, it’s not a government entity. You can contact them if you have supporting documentation to support your claim, but I’ve heard they are minimally helpful. Who is telling you that your car has diminished value because of the Carfax?
