Ever use Pulidiki?
I thought I would give it a try...only $7 on Amazon. It's not a general cleaner for cars, but a cleaner for 'hard to get to' spots like cupholders, flat and pull-up switches.
I found it works good on computer keyboads. It can be used over and over. I tear mine in half or less when I use it and then it re-joins the rest when done. ![]() ![]()

Interesting. I'd love something that would work well on my keyboard. I spend A LOT of time on my keyboard (same keyboard for work and home, so probably 40-60hrs/wk for work, plus personal time.

I use other brands like that. They work well.

When I use it on my keyboard, I pull off a chunk and roll it into a cigar shape. Then I roll it over the keys while pushing. It won't work dragging it..it needs to get pushed into the spaces.

What I probably need to do is pop all of my keys off and wash them all.

Does it work better than a vacuum cleaner for getting dirt out of the cracks and crevices in a car interior?
For $7 bucks it's worth a try I guess.

No...a vacuum will still be needed for the larger stuff. This slime is for dust and dirt in the crevices like the dash vents and behind the switches and small stuff like in the second pic of my first post. If it was used for all the dirt in a car...it would load up too quickly. I know I won't be using mine every time for car cleaning....but those 'hard to get to spots' need it at least a couple times a year.

Maybe the inventor spoke something other than English?

I don't have any magic slime, but this thread motivated me to clean my keyboard. It came with a keycap puller, so I pulled off each vertical row of keys, cleaned them with a warm lightly soapy cloth and put them back on. It's nice to have a clean keyboard.

^^^Apparently you replaced all the keys in the right places. ![]() My Dell laptop is at least 15 years old and it still didn't come with 'home keys' ![]() I took typing in HS and the first thing we learned was how to use the home keys. After learning that way...I find myself pausing before starting on every typed message trying to locate the home keys. I doubt any of the newer keyboards have them either. I took two semesters of typing....both on manual typewriters....electrics weren't available yet.

My son did auto detailing. Little "secret" is using an air nozzle and blowing the crud out of the cracks and crevices then vacuuming.
