Today I learned this
That folks who lost homes and other property in the So. Cal fires that have living trusts are having issues with insurance companies not wanting to pay, or breaking balls with their claims. My home is titled in the name of my trust like most are, my insurance is not so I could be in the same boat should I experience a loss or need to make a claim.
Just a heads up, made an appointment with my agent for Friday morning with my trust in hand. Insurance companies are looking for any reason to not pay up, I don't want to give them a reason.

Twenty years on PPOT and this may be the single most valuable thread yet. Thank you.
