I made a dolly out of some Harbor Freight pieces & parts - mostly for the wheels. Worked out great & I still have it.

i have a set like this as well. I have not used them in a few years, but they worked great for tucking my 911 or classic Mustang into the corner of my garage.

I have a cheap set of four that I bought many years ago likely from Harbor Freight. While I have used them a few times to move a car, I mainly used them as an aid for my DIY alignments as they allowed the wheels to relax after making camber changes. (kinda like greased plates are often used on alignment machines)

I have also used 3 of them in winter to keep my heavy snowmobile on so I can move it easily in storage.
